This app helps your housing society run the gate, visitors, daily help, parking, maintenance dues, notices and complaints. Enclavo is run by Niwas Folio ("we") for societies that sign up. Your society's committee decides who gets a login.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number, flat and role, entered by your society admin.
- Visitor entries: visitor name, purpose, company, vehicle number, time in and out.
- Daily help you register: name, optional mobile, attendance.
- Vehicles you register and parking reports, including a photo you choose to attach.
- Maintenance invoices and the payment reference you enter.
- Complaints and notices.
- SOS alerts you raise, facility bookings, and your flat's answers to society polls.
- For the committee's society accounts: vendor names, GSTINs, bills, payments, invoices and imported bank statement lines.
- Society staff names, mobile numbers and attendance.
- A notification token for your phone, so we can alert you when someone is at the gate.
What we do not do
- We do not show ads.
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with delivery or marketing companies.
- We do not show your mobile number to other residents. Parking reports show the other person only your flat.
Who can see what
Guards see the visitors, helpers and parking reports of their society, and can call residents. Society admins see the people, flats, dues and complaints of their own society only. Nobody in one society can see another society's data.
Services we use
We host the app on Render (servers) and send phone alerts through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notifications. When you log in with an SMS code, your mobile number goes to Google Firebase Authentication, which sends the code. If you miss a visitor alert and your society has calls switched on, an automated phone call is placed to your number through our calling provider (Plivo). These providers only get what they need to deliver the alert or call.
Delivery alerts (Android app, optional)
If you turn on Delivery alerts, Android lets the Enclavo app see new notifications on your phone. The app ignores every app except Swiggy, Zomato and Blinkit, and for those it only checks whether an order is on the way so it can ask you to pre-approve the rider. The notification text is not stored and is not sent to our servers or anyone else. You can turn this off any time in your phone's notification access settings.
Photos of number plates
If the society has it switched on, a parking photo may be sent to an AI service only to read the number plate. It is not used to train models and the text read from it is stored with the report.
How long we keep data
Gate and parking records are kept for the society's security records. We plan to delete visitor phone numbers after 12 months. Your society can ask us for an export or deletion of its data at any time.
Deleting your account
In the app: go to More, then "Delete my account" and confirm with your PIN. Your login is removed straight away. Guards can ask their society admin to remove them.
Without the app: email support@enclavo.in from any address with your society name, flat and registered mobile number. We confirm with you and delete your login and personal details within 7 days. Gate records that the society must keep for security are kept without your name for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Security
PINs are stored only as one-way hashes. Connections use HTTPS.
